how can buy without os pre-installed when buy cheap laptop $400? if want install windows ultimate yourself, , want avoid having pay windows home premium pre-installed won't use anyway, there way buy laptop doesn't have operating system installed comes latest core? (i'm under impression maybe if buy 3 year old cheap laptop might not powerful enough run windows 7 on it?)
not really. time i've seen option on high-end custom gaming laptops. laptops boxed , preloaded image. require special treatment , work not put os on.
no, cannot buy laptop without os, new anyway.
