Going to Sell Soon....how do I wipe HD and KEEP Lion?

hey guys. have late 2008 aluminum macbook. upgraded 8gb of ram, , of course, os lion.

ive tired on , cant find real answer. can i, , how i, wipe entire hd (after external) , keep lion? know more money lion, not snow leopard. since i've done it, dont want buy spend $29.

if wondering, im going buying 13 inch air.

, if can tell me tips on how sell it, great! (im selling on ebay, ways more views bidders? should have bid, or buy now? ) haha appreciated!
