Buying unlocked IPHONE 4S in NYC

hi guys,
next sunday i'll in new york city entire week , thinking buying unlocked iphone 4s (i'm italy need unlocked version).
i've read on various forums way buy unlocked iphone 4s reserve evening before , pick next morning @ retail store.
problem apple website, if choose reserve phone, no matter nyc store choose says unavailable can't made reservation:



possibile unlocked iphone unavailable in ny stores or making mistake? and...can confirm way buy unlocked iphone 4s reserve day before?

 

supply , demand slowed down. dont need reserve 1 walk in @ apple store ask unlocked 4s. dad bought 2 relatives overseas walk in @ smallest apple store in htown , still manage have bunch.
