AT&T Activation/Reactivation Fee

read verizon not have activation or reactivation fee, at&t? i'm going ipad 3 @ launch, , i'm thinking getting 3g/lte version, , purchasing data when needed (ex traveling). want make sure i'm not charged additional fee when choose data month.

 

no activation fee on at&t. don't forget cancel plan before month on -- if don't cancel, automatically charged next month.
