Sprint 4s unlocked international sim

hi all,

have 2 4s's on our account.

4s replaced couple of times , jailbroken still on 5.01. went away , confirmed sprint sim unlocked , had no problem using phone international sim when in europe.

wife still has 4s launch day in october. on os 5.1. when called sprint international unlock, said should automatically unlocked got on release date. turned out locked. went through multiple attempts unlocked. first said had done , phone needed restarted , syncd itunes. did that, called them , hadnt worked, had me complete itunes backup , restore , whcih did twice , said had worked.

problem have international sim requires specifiv apn settings work data. on 4s (the jailbroken 1 on 5.01) cah go settings/network , access cellular data network there , change settings. on wife's phone there no option cellular data network. indicate phone not unlocked? tried putting international sim in phone (not expecting work) see if different options come , didn't. 5.1 thing? importantly going away tomorrow , want sure can use phone!
