Slow data after jailbreak?

i'm pretty new iphone scene , i'm trying understand this. getting solid 5mb down before jail broke in home , can barely break 2mb. can jailbreaking slow data? haven't downloaded potential tweaks slow data down. have speed test (all done in home) , don't it.

last question, bars fluctuate badly how iphones work? loses data @ times depending on how i'm holding it. thanks

 

it vary cell tower use.

being said, have noticed no difference in speed jb.
