name's conor, long time reader, first time poster.
wondering if run synopsis of script i'm writing. feel it's lacking somewhere, clever twist or turn or potentially different ending altogether.
'folie' journey 1 man's psyche in tale of twists , turns.
max (20) friend josh (20) in forest when argument leads max pushing josh over, hitting head on sharp edge of rock , subsequently dying on ground. max freaks out , can't believe he's done , after freaking out on what's happened, leaves body , goes home in attempt hide what's happened.
next day plagued vivid flashbacks incident happening. tries call josh's phone when calls hears response "this number has not been recognised". scared , confused decides return scene of incident discover josh's body not there , blood rock gone.
starts question own sanity, whether has made up. did happen? josh real? could've have been kind of person make this.
calls recent ex-girlfriend , asks friend josh , if knows is. declines knowing had friend called josh.
new information in head now, starts question happened, whether losing or not. decides bring else happened. he's sure real , alive same spot in forest confront issue head on. manages re-create event identically event happened day before, , ends killing knows real.
it's ending i'm struggling conclude cleverly, , not left unanswered or on top.
positive or constructive criticism welcome, , hope have few suggestions!

not sure go , beauty of writing story it's own ideas. far seems entertaining. i'd read when finished.
