realistic wait times thought the online store/

was wondering if has placed order through online store under "1-2 week" wait time , received them faster?

hear many stories them being available @ many stores, when go check stock, no 1 seems have them. figure might order online right , wait, 3 weeks bit when can supposedly had @ b&m stores frequently.
