Opinion: Good Price for my 2010 iMac?

i'm selling 21.5" imac:

3.6ghz i5 processor
8gb apple ram
1 tb hd
radeon 5670 gpu
trackpad
mouse

got offered 1200 it. i'm thinking taking it, using student discount , upgrading top of line 27" imac.

worth it? opinions?

 

well offered more it's realistically worth deal in favor. 2011 quad core refurb can purchased $999 although yours has 1tb hard drive nice. ram upgrade costs trivial amount third party retailer. if wish upgrade @ moment, he's offering quite lot it.
