Need advice switching to Verizon

i got iphone 4 around launch day so, phone 2 years , bills att on 175 month. (unlimited plan on 2 iphones + 2 regular lines no data plan)

save money , have 10 or 15% of verizon.

on avergae monthly payment 2 iphones data plans on family plan 700minutes. getting quote online 129 month (they running special 30$ 4gb instead of 2gb). no text plan. real bill ? 160???

invested in iphone (tom tom apps, slingo apps etc), need iphone. wait new one. possible lines out aphone, , buy phone @ discounted price later on?
