More expensive iPhone 5?

ipad prices raised 100 dollars, guys think we'll see 5? think so. high end 4g phones 300 dollars , think iphone better or @ least on same tier.

 

the ipad 3 , ipad 2 (before price drop) same price. 6th generation iphone have same pricing 5th generation iphone.
