Mac OS X incapable of searching through NTFS filesystem

i have external hdd formatted ntfs want search. spotify doesn't find i'm able search using "find" command.
have paragon ntfs extension mac no go.

spotlight (not spotify) can search ntfs drives. try re-indexing drive.

spotlight: how re-index folders or volumes
