Looking for a way to do a conference server with OP/LDAP

i've been looking voip conference style server application in style of services ventrilo, teamspeak etc.
need connected open directory, , i've had no luck far.

run openfire of users, , have connected open directory. dosn't fit needs regarding conferance service wish set up.

checked out asterisk, seems bit needs. , can't find client applications, seems it's designed connected voip-hardware, phones etc.

need users able connect both windows , macs, , able voice chat each other, without having each other contacts.

hope makes sense someone, head mess right now. if there didn't explain well, ask , i'll try best make clear.

 

i don't know setup , complete needs, ichat server work? it's jabber server , should compatible windows , mac.
