Keep getting prompted for a password in Safari!!!

hi guys,

i've tried recreate problem seems random! happen when try , log facebook @ least once day (usually in evening).

happen google. i've got omni search bar installed when try , type search term address bar in safari similar prompt password newcastle 443. don't know newcastle thing is!

please me. 2 shots below getting right now. second 1 picture of "top sites" in safari shows happened when clicked on facebook bookmark.

appreciated. current solution wait out...but when happens me google it's huge pain because it's when i'm doing homework , need search things. end resorted yahoo in case.

nb. don't search google through omnibar extension. try , go www.google.com , still error, though. facebook 1 happens regularly.
