Is the 15" too big for the couch / Lap ?

i been seeing deals on older 15" mbp's. , screen size. quality of screen.

not looking purchase 1 travel outside home, take mba me work.

hate being tied down @ imac upstairs in office. use consumption, office, , amateur photography, little video.

find myself using 11" in 3 areas on main floor of house, kitchen table, couch, recliner. rest on lap.

need toy, no.... there 15" users out there prefer 15" in recliner or sofa, or find works best @ desk? use consumption or heavy lifting?

if is, have reeeeealllyyy small couch!

use 15" non-unibody , it's portable , comfortable, whether on large (big enough more 1 person , 15" mbp!) couch/sofa, or anywhere need use it. unibodies same size.
