iPhone Turn Off Voice to Text on Keyboard

i have iphone 4s , absolutely hate voice-to-text button in lower left hand corner next 123 button. there way remove it? setting perhaps overlooked? package it? prefer leave siri on, if makes difference.

have iphone 4s ios 5.01, jailbroken.
