iPhone 4s Unlock for Metropcs

hi everyone,

used have verizon iphone 4 cdma using on metro. sold daughter , bought verizon iphone 4s has never been activated verizon , suprise has sim slot. jailbroke yesterday fine can't seem unlocked metropcs.

on iphone 4 had add file prl file 310vzw carriers bundle , replace old file. on new verizon since hasn't been activated there no files or folders replace.

queston is, has unlocked 4s metro.
have activate phone first somehow in order unlock metro.

tried copying 310wzw carrier bundles not let me update via calling metro roaming list.

your first mistake not seeing if there unlock 4s first before bought it. secondly verizon 4s can unlocked carrier international use, not work gsm carriers in u.s.
