How to properly delete files from an iPhone (ssh)

hello everyone,

converted few videos m4v format using handbrake , transfered 'em iphone through itunes (drag'n dropped them directly handbrake's output folder iphone block in itunes left column)

problem files don't appear on iphone.
looked them in ipod/music app, in video app, itunes u ..
found

when search them (left swipe search panel on iphone's front screen) show in results

when click on one, video app launched , disapears.
if unsupported format.

imported same files (from handbrake's output folder) itunes , organised them (right click > more info , filled few fields in info tab, added illustration photo etc..) passed them iphone , fine.

problem old untagged files still on iphone well.
find them when connect iphone mac , search using applications detune or iphone explorer

want delete them iphone i'm thinking may mess things since must logged in sort of database file in iphone's music app.

think safe delete them desktop app iphone explorer ?
