How to Flash a NVIDIA Geforce GT120?!

possible me "regular" gt120 , flash works on mac?

i've read numerous threads on flashing seem lost in gtx285's , radeon 4870's. problem own both... need gt120 or single slot gpu really.

how work?

apple sells gt 120's, no flashing needed , aren't expensive
