How do I pack an iPad 2 for shipping?

i'm planning on selling ipad 2 in anticipation ipad 3 (i hope preorders!) , i'm selling mine on ebay ship in us. know correct way of packing it? taking large usps flat rate box , packing ipad 2 box in flat rate box work? or there other recommended way of doing it?

btw, first post on macrumors forums. made switch mac , i'm excited. forward making friends of you!

 

pack else -- use enough padding protect in shipment. not use pellets or possibly 1 side , end damaged if impacted on side of package.
