HELP: apps not installing. (Lion)

when trying install program, goes through process normal , when time install asks enter password. when password entered, password window disappears , continues show window asking install, hit install again same thing repeatedly. nothing happens. frustrating.

read somethings on other forums there being password bug issue lion , should reset password , should trick. wrong.

answer questions may asked.

1. yes, entering password correctly. (even reset it)

2. happens every program/drivers i've been trying install on past few days. (this has never happened before, it's recent issue.)

3. macbook date updates, etc.
(i'm running 2.4 ghz intel core duo, 4gbs ram, 500g hd)

4. have tried restarting, shutting down, etc.


please help?!

 

also because of this, im not able delete apps app cleaner because nothing when enter password
