Damaged 250GB Hard Drive - Affordable Recovery?

i've had 250gb hard drive 3 years, , had short-circuited pcb , heads in january 2010. know of affordable data recovery facilities can recover data hard drive?

i'm looking in rage between $400 - $600. if @ possible find more inexpensive, extremely rare, better.

you try disk warrior before resorting third party...if go data recovery company, going charge lot. dw has had results in recovering data, drives still "come life"
