Worth the purchase?

been contemplating lately if should ipad 3... looks , all, when bought 3rd generation ipod touch, wasn't of upgrade 2nd generation. year after got 3rd gen, 4th gen came out, revamped , spectacular. i'm worried if buy ipad 3, come out thats major upgrade it, , end missing out on it.

1 more thing, worth selling 3rd gen ipod touch money towards ipad 3? or keep itouch , buy ipad 3? reading, please me decide lol

 

you've got @ least year before ipad updated. can play waiting game forever... if want ipad best time one.
