winblows zombiefile!!!

that's mf won't die. tried opt-emptytrash, secure-emptytrash, and
rm -rf root (return no errormsg), no avail.
chown root worked didn't help.
got sitting there since 2 weeks now, rebooting nothing.

directory copied osx paralells win7, run bootcamp.
rmdir responds 'not directory'.

in windoze, there's no trace of file in trash.
win7, make me wanna scream head off.

ideas?
thing haven't tried wiping bootcamp volume... fun
