Video App for iTunes rentals

are there other video apps can used movies rented itunes store? know there apps can used downloaded content that's not i'm looking for.

want option of rewinding or fast forwarding 15 or 30 seconds when miss bit of dialogue, can go back.

 

i use vlc.
