Verizon Radio takes Long time to lock

has else have issue? when turn on new ipad, verizon service says searching................ no service ........ after 4 min comes on , says verizon 3g not showing lte other people! cellular service not active.. have new ipad att , pops right turn on.. thanks!!

 

if service not active, not show lte.
