Top 5% data usage at 2.2 gb????

this boo chit...got text , email att last night saying in top 5% data users...im @ 2.2 gb....theres no possible way thats top 5 percent...plus...im 16 days billing cycle...anyone else?

 

there tons of threads this, feel there more story. at&t might not specify though. hit 7.3 gb last month , didn't throttled. 6.4 gb of itunes match downloading bunch of songs. around 1 gb though.
