Slight Movement - Immediate Lockup

i have 13" 2009 mbp (2.53ghz c2d)

month ago toying around on boot camp, playing sim city 3000 on windows , thoroughly enjoying myself when poof

system locks up

thinking no big deal. force shutdown, wait 15 seconds, , press power button again. instead of on screen, find myself terrified sound of 3 beeps.

research problem, understand ram, open bottom of laptop, blow dust out , jockey ram around (switched slots) before boot successful boot.

however, ever since have had nothing problems system freezes. between closing lid or moving system around, everything, including mouse, locks up.

upgraded hard drive, thoroughly cleaned , again switched ram around before installed clean copy of lion. don't have windows , running yet on new partition i've been building new "system" , has been great.

except here sit in class system freezes , lock ups...yet again.

suspect ram culprit, don't understand how movement and/or accelerometer screw ram up.

there correlation between ram , movement system freezes? there way disable accelerometer's effect on hdd?

or suggestions appreciated

no, best of knowledge, physical movement , ram have no relationship. if physical movement suspected causing lockups, point hdd. possible sudden motion sensor either a) in conflict new hdd or b) acting on it's own. hdd did put in it?

from wikipedia:

in light of that, try disabling sms:
