Safari: Why Can't I Clear Cache Without Clearing Cookies?

i hate having re-enter site logins , passwords every time clear website cache in safari.
why did apple change cleaning cache , cookies together?

 

i don't think can clear cache more. unless "clear history" it.

button you're talking about, "clear cookies , data", clears cookies , html5 offline data storage.
