Please help with Parallels no longer working

above screenshot of happens when try run parallels now. legit copy...with windows 7 starter. used work fine, shows bar , none of programs run anymore.

 

from screen shot, looks though you're running in coherence mode. had same issue few weeks back.

first of all, try exiting coherence , go in coherence. i've found fixes problem temporarily.

also, try re-installing parallels tools. since doing this, find happens lot less.

still issue once week tops
