am south of ottawa, way find out best company service from?
wondering don't know data plans,etc. people rogers charged roaming here because of proximity cell towers , having call every bill roaming charges. happen data or cell problem?
asking above mother, has 3rd ipad, first 4g , no cellphone.
i'd go bell out of principal. trying cancel rogers account today(they don't offer lte in area, bell does) , spent 4 hours on phone them trying cancel. i've never been frustrated. got "accidentally" hung on 3 times, got cancelled. wife spent 3 hours on phone them last week trying them provide proper receipts tax purposes. claimed not required law provide recipt charges, bs. anyway... long story short, i've had problems rogers, , use them if have to. glad gone them. i've had bell accounts in past, , had service.
can set device not roam internationally, avoid issue.
