Notification center widget background

the transparent background image behind widgets pretty damn big on widgets apps center, sbsettings, etc. background image on intelliscreenx quick settings perfect size. use 50footshadows/glassklart icons they're kind of small , dumb huge background behind them. know if there's way make background smaller?

mean... love apps center , sbsettings background same isx quick settings or same weather. possible??

that's idea , i'd know how too. know installable widgets let control height of widget how stock widgets or widgets don't have such feature?
