hi all i've been avid reader of site while (well since before iphone 4 came out, got on launch day) , thought round signing up. anyway matter @ hand. i've decided take plunge , ditch pc's in favour of more stable. i'm trying decide between mac mini or imac. i'm not programmer or digital photography , run photoshop etc. how different interface lion compared vista use. daughter 10 , not great changes has special needs. advice appreciated.
i recent convert. can speak myself , based on own needs, went entry-level 27" imac i5 w/ 1tb drive (now wish i'd upgraded 2tb) , couldn't happier. since still have tons of pc software, invested in legal copy of win 7 , installed using bootcamp comes imac. can boot windows or mac os - best of both worlds.
interface mac os different (better) vist. win 7 improvement on vista, still think teh mac os beats simplicity , ease of use.
