bought apple track pad been using 3months.
have noticed change on time not sit on plane surface, 1 edge not touch ground,gap increasing reason. have seen issue, if fix ?.
apple store takes back, not have original receipt.
i've had 1 on year , still sits flat. yours must manufacturing defect.
if bought apple online store they'll have record of purchase. has serial number laser engraved on aluminium, retail store should able estimate date of purchase if take in. thirdly if have mac that's under warranty peripherals magic trackpad cover warranty.
