Low Speed Transfers with OCZ Vertex 2 120GB

hi,

have macbook pro 13 i5 , speed rates poor in blackmagic.
have this:
write: 60/70
read:140/160

selecting 1gb file , selecting ssd main system drive (apps folder example).
have 15/20 gb free space.

normal?
