Installing Windows 8?

i have downloaded iso microsoft's site (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/iso)

have burnt iso disc, used boot camp, restarted - went fine started installing disc (still black screen install) , got error saying i'm missing file: \windows\system32\boot\winload.exe

did wrong?

 

i never came across when installed windows 8 on macbook pro. problem repeat if start process again?
