I need to to replace my earbuds

hi there. want new earbuds iphone 4. requirements:

- quality construction
- sound
- wired (i need battery)
- not in ear models
- volume controls
- button control music , answer calls

there on market? suggested me jabra active, i'm not convinced @ all.

ideas?

know said not in ear, these aren't typical ear canal earbuds... check reviews on them.
