i have 2011 13" macbook pro. not have apple care. don't use laptop often. notice dashboard dictionary not work. don't believe ever has. it's not big thing bugs me not work. took computer store @ university bought it, , tech there hooked up, , worked. though had on line work. don't think 1 on old g4 desk top works on line or off. anyway, came home got on line and, again, didn't work. it's there on desktop, , can type in word, drop down banner definition not drop down. going on?
dictionary app in finder menu works fine.
this non-issue. how must life bothering you?
dictionary app way more fleshed stupid web based widget.
sorry don't have solution, think shouldn't worry it. in built dictionary app works spotlight too.
