Custom iOS keyboard and font

hi,

use ipa-sil font on mbp , wondering if there way add font , keyboard layout onto iphone. have limited knowledge of code, (but im trying teach myself c++). assume keyboard layout have altered/rewritten fit iphone/ipad device. have files , love help. font international phonetic alphabet font use when transcribing languages. have uploaded zip file layout, tiff files, , font icon. can please give me help/guidance in endever put on phone?
