Can't find album list in Ipad2 music app

i'm having elementary problem: in music app on ipad2 can't find artist -> album list.

choose artist x, whom own 25 albums, each of 10 songs, there's no easy way choose album want listen to. instead, select artist have scroll down through every song in every album.

why can't jump album want listen to? why scroll through potentially hundreds of songs? unusual in owning more 1 album particular artist?

don't understand i'm doing wrong here. i'm hoping i'm dumb one, , not apple. please put me straight.
