so have new atv 3 set in entertainment center connected a/v receiver outputs tv via hdmi. atv connects via wired connection direction airport extreme. right i'm living in situation actual connection managed landlord below me via time capsule, , airport extreme set bridge of connection (both tc , ae running latest firmware).
issue atv has been randomly crashing black screen, led on flashes repeatedly, little start circle guy pops on tv, , boots main menu. happens when i'm using home sharing, using airplay, watching youtube, or watching netflix (haven't done else yet). don't know causing it. haven't lost connection on other devices connected network, don't think responsible.
else having crashing issues?
i had happen first time yesterday on apple tv 2. not sure of cause...
