My preordered iPad 16GB shipped, but now I want the 32GB. What can I do?

i preordered 16gb ipad 3 / new ipad. has shipped , delivered on 16th. regret decision , want spend $100 32gb.

options here? don't mind going apple store on friday , buying 32gb in-store.

can refuse fedex shipment on friday? i've done before other items i've purchased , they've gone retailer , given me refund. don't have ship myself. has here done before apple?
