Canadian iPad 3 owners: LTE Question

has been able activate lte ipad? purchased ipad apple , asked rogers sim, haven't been able activate 4g or 3g matter, ipad. have heard rumors canadian users having call in activate , still having problems. spoke rogers rep., , told go rogers store! want know if rogers problem. has had better luck other carriers?

 

for odd reason prepaid plans (ones activated on ipad directly) not in canada ipad 3. have sign monthly flex rate plans in store 3 carriers. ipad 1/2 work prepaid though.
