What camcorder should I get for Digital8, Hi8 and Video8 Conversion?

i'm looking camcorder can move digital8, video8 , hi8 tapes computer - both audio , video editing program fcp x or premiere. need camcorder can this, regardless of manufacturer original tape recorded on.
