i rented & downloaded 3 movies last week before trip. watched 2 of them without fail, plane ride home second went play final movie (one day) screen went dark on video app without glimpse of movie. can out of app , in black screen. reboot same thing. have connected ipad itunes on pc , can see movie in rented folder on ipad not let me transfer itunes. ideas or need restore ipad?
did shut down app, closing task bar?
double click home button, task bar comes up, press , hold until icon jiggles, tap little circle in corner close video app.
