[HELP] 3GS 4.3.3 How to restore from Apple n keep old baseband?

hi , happy new year !

question:

on 3gs , ios 4.3.3 jailbroken pwnage 4.3 ,
old bootrom 04.26.08 . shsh blobs on cydia show till 5.0.1

have legal right , authorized unlock
carrier orange.fr ( france)
but, in order complete unlocking procedure , i asked restore itunes , according orange 3gs oficially unlocked.

afraid restore apple , iphone upgraded latest 5.0.1 apple ( not sure if old n slow 3gs )
, loose old bootrom?

or if wait longer apple might release new update ios 5.1.x , late jailbreak - witch disasterous idea me

there way avoid or trick itunes /orange/apple thinking did restore

or maybe downgrading 4.3.3 5.0.1 ?
or, other workaround ?

need "official" permanent unlock orange.

if getting official unlock, don't have worry baseband on anymore.
