Mac Office 2011 Update never install

hi folks,

strangely everytime microsoft autoupdate tells me there update, not able install it. error message says connection update server has been interrupted. have click on link brings me miscrosoft update page , must download manually. (no big deal)

first, why happening? (my copy of mac office legit)

second, update of january 23, 2012 cannot found anywhere on microsoft web site? (help!)
