Issue with contact birthdays in calendar

i have odd issue.

person used in list of icloud contacts birthday info listed in contact and, result, listed on icloud calendar. have deleted contact icloud contacts, birthday still showing on both web app , ios devices (it correctly gone in ical). have tried re-creating contact , removing birthday record , didn't fix it. tried deleting of contacts icloud , didn't work either (it didn't delete of birthdays web app).

ideas on how can go fixing this?
