for data plan experts, can provide feedback on tethering capabilities of verizon's plan?

there front page article on macrumors verizon's data plan confirmed include hotspot capabilities @ no additional cost data plan. me seems major advantage on at&t @ moment hasn't given ruling on hotspot capability.

main questions -

if connect iphone via tethering ipad, usage iphone eat 2gb allotment data plan?

else going verizon based on hotspot capability (even though at&t gives 3gb vs. 2gb $30 monthly)?

 

yeah, device have connected verizon ipad's hotspot use data plan ipad. so, if have iphone connected hotspot on ipad, use ipads data plan.
