macbook aluminium 2008 dying. screen flashes boot osx, when press power button nothing happens, fans run nothing else. graphical glitches. swear gpu performance has decreased pretty dramatically.
has lots of skin chipping. (note: take care of laptops, went everywhere me)
doesnt charge.
keep in mind.. did on machine.
mean everything. had 20 finder windows open. along 8 xcode windows google chrome 20 tabs open along xp virtual machine running in background. has been everywhere me. on holidays , everything, has (when used) kept on 24/7 till 1:30 am.
had replace in 2011 because worried break on holiday or on importent day. replaced imac in middle of 2011 take load off. sold tonnes of equipment didnt need , bought second hand cheap sony vaio laptop gpu. great, have gotten involved ios development (i have project has potential). thinking selling vaio , saving along second hand macbook pro.

cut long stories short, want macbook pro, cannot afford 15 model 13. fine, prefer 13 inch ones. dont fact 2011 mbp 13 has hd 3000. gpu performance me cucial. im planning go games development.
can afford 15 inch macbook pro 2009, has c2d.
im worried apple outmode c2d machines soon.

if wondering why give machines such use because total geek.
needs play minecraft @ suitable frame rate.

c2d's still powerful. check youtube gaming vids of each laptop can see how each machine performs on games like.
